Had a great time presenting my work at MICCAI2019 in Shenzhen this week! Thanks to everyone who came down!
what he doesn't say is that our work together with Emma R - @metricsemma.bsky.social got a best paper honourable mention award at MLCN @MICCAI2020. We are approximating common cortical metrics with #DeepLearning and provide estimates for uncertainty.
We've challenged the assumption that only experts can do medical image annotation and found that novices Labelbox can do well with just a few pages of instructions and examples. An interesting result which we'll discuss FAIR Workshop @MICCAI MICCAI Society arxiv.org/abs/2107.14682
