Very cool work/pragmatic work Sam Snider. Would be fascinating to see a similar study in patients that are comatose after #cardiacarrest. My guess is that it might become the 2% rule in that population...

Despite the urge to prognosticate in the early days after severe TBI, these results suggest we might take a little pause and consider this new 1% rule.
