Seems wasteful us playing a midfield 3 of 3 players of which none of capable of the dirty work. Banks isn’t a LWB. If we are insistent on keeping 3 at the back, why not lose Bowler in the middle, for a more defensive Brown, and then have Banks and Bloxham play off Fletch?
