Observation from community pharmacy - remember the days when we used to have to pay for each phone call? The days before unlimited calls? The phone rang a LOT less....

So, our town council has made it free parking after 3pm. This has had the unintended consequence of shuffling customer flow in the pharmacy which makes the end of the day crazy busy. 😵‍💫

Another super Saturday. Lunch was quality street.... 🫣 Flu jabs, DMRs, IP consultations, CAS, EMS, smoking cessation, EHC 🤯 Most people went away happy which is the most important thing.
