I'd just like to categorically state that PDA is a real thing. It's a distinct subtype within the autism spectrum. There's been a campaign to discredit PDA's existence, but luckily –as this campaign is laughably ignorant– all it has achieved is to raise awareness of the term PDA

PDA has been viciously attacked by autistic people on Twitter now for years. It seems Milton's Double Empathy theory has failed to signpost some autistics to respect neurotypes they don't understand
