FYI I'm more than happy to give talks on your campus, and for your campus American Association of University Professors chapters, in person or over Zoom, about how "cancel culture" is actually a made up moral panic create by dark money funded culture war outfits. I'll come for free, and even take questions.

Amazing work from Jacob Kripp (currently at Boston University) showing how anti-Asian violence is central to the modern definition of warfare, while also highlighting the unique Operational Research Office archives and the role of the university in naturalizing mass violence through war

I do think the most damaging intellectual current within Left analysis is the one that reduces all political/culture/ideology to mechanical expressions of sociological position & interest. As a contradictory yet simplistic discourse it is also instrumentalized by libs + the Right

When it comes to a Muslim Democrat winning an election, you just need to be at least as normal about it as Bill Kristol. Let's call it The Bill Kirstol Test. Kirsten Gillibrand has failed the Bill Kristol Test.

Did you know that Thomas More, coiner of the word utopia, opposed the protocommunists of his time? My article “Unfinished Acts: Utopia, Thomas More, and the Peasants’ War” is out now in Political Theory ☄️☄️☄️ nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%…
