After a fair bit of chasing up by our local Cllrs it’s great to see the work starting to rebuild the wall on Wollaton Road. Well done 🏹 My Nottingham for getting this done.

Wollaton West councillors were out today with our fantastic CPO Team reporting issues in the area and speaking to residents. We are always here to support. Good to seek work on rebuilding the wall on the slip road along Wollaton Rd is underway. 🧱

There were over 700 tokens to sort today at the end of Wollaton Hall parkrun, but luckily some lovely people volunteered to help me out!

Reminder that the stretch of Wollaton Road from the Rodney to the Park is closed for a few days for a full road resurface, which we as Cllrs pushed for alongside Arleston Drive which will be done in the school summer holidays.

We know that the potholes on Wollaton Road were a big issue, so it’s great to see 🏹 My Nottingham teams here and work well underway.

There are some fantastic activities on offer as part of Wollaton Community Festival. From Tai Chi and history talks to scouts activities and birdwatching. Why not have a go this weekend! 🌞
