John(ny) In my 20's, a doctor asked if I wanted a lipoma on my leg cut out. I was like "what? isn't it completely harmless?" He said "Yes - but it could be removed." It made me think of Holden's discomfort with aging in "Catcher in the Rye", when talked about an older teacher's bare legs.
