Excavate the Image is a show about the discovery and utilization of mark making through the process of painting. Lauren Sullivan (BFA 2019), Kat Gu (BFA 2017), and Angela Lee (BFA 2019) are undergraduate students who create abstractions by using formality as an intuitive guide.
