Hey girls we’ll be having a live workout on Thursday (Nov 8) 7:30am follow on google classroom email me [email protected] if you have any questions

You’ll need a towel for the workout (kitchen towel,bath or beach towel) and gliders (if your working out on wood or tile a towel or socks will work if you are on carpet you’ll need paper plates)
