you can be kind without being a people pleaser. you can be generous without being self-sacrificial. you can love others while loving yourself.

the ‘one’ is a myth. it is not a magical location where the heart arrives— nor can you reach it without introspection. you should be chasing after yourself. cultivate a space where love can sprout & outlive the shame you fear. where love doesn’t wound, but heals in its place.

a sacred connection is on the other side of shame. weed out your garden, tend to your wounds— honor yourself. the love you deserve will come. not in a container or a ‘soulmate’ but in form of a mirror. someone who has honored themselves by finding their own freedom & happiness.

love harder. love deeper. love longer. love without shame. love out loud. love every breath. love without delay. love your inner-verse. love without guard. love anyway.

unclench your jaw. relax your shoulders. wiggle your toes. deep breaths. pass it on.

When I started reframing my perspective and seeing that when something isn’t working out for me it’s God doing me a favor, I accepted all “losses” eagerrr to see what’s coming that’s better than what I had.
