Russia: Workers at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Rostov have not been paid for 4 months. The refinery has been struck by Ukraine multiple times in that period, as it now burns for the 3rd day. The latest strike was reportedly carried out by Ukraine's Flamingo cruise missile.
