This is a brilliant thread on an insightful study. Economic inequities are rising post Covid. The “mental tax” on low income households trying to optimize every dollar is something we see every day Seattle Jobs Initiative with our participants.

Rut is amazing! Love to see her jumping into the race to make a difference in local politics! Workforce Development often is viewed as a state or national issue, when in reality its the local focus that gets stuff done!

This is great to see people calling out the struggles that low income individuals and families face every day. Let’s build a society that makes it easier to overcome those pressures.

Great study on sustaining community based partnerships and being more than just shared resources but mechanisms for change.
