Excellent weekend from the collegiate based Welsh Athletics throwers. Amber Simpson breaking the Womens National Record with 67.08m formally held by Delhi CWG medalist Carys Parry. Sarah Omoregie continuing her great form with another PB at 17.21m. Well done to all involved 👏
