Fair question since Luzardo was left out there to wear it in those starts when he allowed 20 ER in back to back games. In the 12 games before that: 2.15 ERA. In the 13 games after that: 3.73 ERA. In his last five starts: 2.32 ERA with 34 K and 5 walks in 31 innings.
