If you are due NHS hysteroscopy please know you are entitled to have an anaesthetist give you general/regional anaesthetic or IV sedation+analgesia. 35% patients have SEVERE pain during awake hysteroscopy. Please insist on precautionary pain control. These recent pts didn't.

This is Jasper my neighbours cat. Only know his name as he’d a collar on for a short time as a kitten. Used to sleep in my bed quite happily when I was nightshift along with my two cats and still pops in for a nap. Pretty sure his owners have no clue about his alternative life😂
