1/2 I'm currently experimenting with the titles of some my videos. Mainly, I'm looking for a way to categorize them. Being such a small channel, it's difficult to avoid SEO if I want people to find my work. But it's not something I like doing.

2/2 Right now, I'm playing with a title system that denotes different parts of the "coming off psych meds" journey. Specifically, the before, during, and after. Hopefully none of my efforts will lead to chaos and confusion. Fingers crossed.
