"May she wake in torment!" he cried, with frightful vehemence, stamping his foot, and groaning ."

And to 'scape stormy days, I choose an everlasting night.
Nature's great masterpiece, an elephant; the only harmless great thing.
Come live with me, & be my love, & we will some new pleasures prove Of golden sands, & crystal brooks, With silken lines, & silver hooks.
There is a change--and I am poor; Your love hath been, nor long ago, A fountain at my fond heart's door, Whose only business was to flow
I wandered lonely as a cloud That floats on high o'er vales and hills, When all at once I saw a crowd, A host, of golden daffodils;
Continuous as the stars that shine And twinkle on the milky way, They stretched in never-ending line
Earth has not anything to show more fair: Dull would he be of soul who could pass by A sight so touching in its majesty
The beauty of the morning; silent , bare, Ships, towers, domes, theatres, and temples lie
