Find your best source of truth and stick to it. For most brands, that's Shopify Analytics. It's incredibly accurate because Shopify uses server-side tracking, which means the data isn't affected by ad blockers or cookie restrictions. Northbeam is also a good alternative.

When should you start A/B testing? If you're doing $200k+ in revenue, you're ready. Statistical significance might take a few weeks to hit depending on the test, but you have enough traffic to start getting real answers. If you're at $300k+, A/B testing is a MUST.
