Once again, while Danny Masterson sits in state prison, his legal team has asked for another extension before they have to turn in his appeal brief and we get a look at what grounds they’ll be basing his appeal on. Now, we have to wait until nearly Christmas for a look at it.

If this holds, they really expanded the playoffs by just enough spots to let Alabama make it again
