Turning 47 in July. These numbers are produced naturally. I don’t take hormone replacement, TRT, steroids, of any kind. I eat a lot of fat while still maintaining a low/healthy body fat percentage. I lift heavy weakly, I sleep 7-8 hours. Precursor to Testosterone is cholesterol.
