I really want to lose fat, but if it doesn't taste good, I can't eat it at all. Generally, I put lettuce, cherry tomatoes, onions, avocados on the vegetable base, and then add a kind of protein like low-salt ham, chicken breast, shrimp, etc.

Just wanted to share that I’m having a classic American BBQ meal for dinner—juicy BBQ with fries 🍟, coleslaw 🥗, and a hot dog 🌭, all in true San Diego style. It’s so good.
