At 8:35am on December 13th, Chantale, Isabelle, Lauren, and Noelle left La Gomera and started their row across the Atlantic as part of World's Toughest Row! This account will now be run by Salty Science mega fans Amanda, Tim, and Cat, and we'll be sharing updates straight from the team!

Three weeks in and Rowing for Salty Science has now covered over 1375 nautical miles of the World's Toughest Row, more than half way there! Between schools of tuna and flying fish in the boat, they have their sights set with Emma on Nelson’s Dockyard, Antigua!


The Rowing for Salty Science team is currently #1 in the Womens Class, #5 in four person boats and #8th overall! They have rowed 1689nm and have 972.5nm to go! Congratulations! Keep up the great #marineconservation work! #LaurenShea Isabelle M Côté
