Yesterday we sucessfully witnessed the installation of our second president, Rotarian Mathias O., Okongo who will be taking over from magic president Rotarian Engorok Obin. Thanks to visiting rotarians from Rotary Club of Mbale Rotary Club Of Soroti Central , Gulu and so many who atended. We are grateful!!
