Keeping a 2 week window of travel time free at the end of the trip because I was indecisive ended up being a blessing for the sake of a holiday fling. And loving Paris, but mainly the first thing.

Going from being geoblocked from getting Killers tickets and having a meltdown over it to ending up with a ticket to 2 of the shows. I love my friends a whole lot.

Fare evading on trams in another country is way more anxiety inducing than back at home.

This time in 2 weeks I’ll be home. Besides seeing Evie, which I’m beyond excited about, I’m really sad that this is ending. I’ve really been thriving (more than I ever expected), it’s been so life-affirming. I’m not ready for it to end & to go back to real life.

On my first night in Paris I got to see Bleachers. On my last night in Paris I got to see Glass Animals. This city will always be magical to me for getting to experience it like that, on top of everything else that happened here. My heart is so full.
