I recently went to Mexico to orphanages to shoot a documentary for a client of mine. These children have nothing but are so full of life and are so happy. They have literally nothing but they have TMH in their hearts and the smile shows that the spirit is with them

I don’t believe in taking things the easy way, when it comes to hard work. Sure rest and decompressing is good. But if you’re only decompressing with no sign of strain or activity you’re just decomposing and rotting away. That’s how you get fat and full of problems

Realistically I never use Twitter. I’ll prob not log back on for a hot minute. You feel free and full of the spirit in private while you lock in & focus. Spending too much time on your phone is killing you softly and silently. Social media is bullshit anyways

Social media is full of terrible content and full of good content. It depends on what you choose to do with your time. Are you mindlessly on here or do you have a drive and purpose behind your actions?

If you pushed yourself and learned a new skill within a year. Can you do it distraction free? What would that do for you and your well being?
