I “love” customer support bots. I had some issues with my Citibank account and their customer support. I was so frustrated with the customer service that I tried the self-help bot. I’m not sure it can do a worse job.

Just learned my Hotels.com rewards got converted at 10% value to their new program. I had $270 in rewards that are now $27. I'm still in shock. so I went to try and chat with customer service and found an endless loop with the resident chat bot. I'm out
