I believe most Democrats think Trump will be acquitted, despite the fact that we’re certain he’s guilty (of many things). It is what it is. Life will go on and we’re going to have to beat him at the ballot box.

Telling myself not to overpack for our two-week trip to Portugal, which starts Tuesday. Will I listen to my own advice? Perhaps.

I watched “Mr. Turner,” about artist JMW Turner, on Hulu. Take a look, even if it’s not your thing: The cinematography, set decoration & light are marvels. It was like watching a painting come to life. Then again, if you can paint light like he did, you deserve good lighting.

Watching the opening game of the WBB season for the Indiana Fever. Not for the “Caitlyn Clark Show” — I’m an Aaliya Boston fan. I’m Caitlyned out. She may be great, but there are other players.

We watched Deal or No Deal Island for Boston Rob Mariano. Now that he’s out, we’re not bothering with the rest of the final episode. The other contestants were hateful to him from the start and he was the only player with charisma. #DealorNoDealIsland

I just read the “Vanity Fair” excerpt from Griffin Dunne’s new memoir, “The Friday Afternoon Club.” I pre-ordered the book, because the excerpt is grimly compelling and well-crafted.

We’re off to Portugal in May & I bought a neck fan that’s supposed to be *chilling.* Not ashamed to wear it: When I wore one in Florida, other sweaty tourists kept asking where I got it. One pleasure of age is not caring what people think. Comfortable, not sweaty, is my motto.

My parents are suddenly showing their age. Mom had knee replacement surgery a couple of days ago. Dad is showing few ill effects from radioactive beads for liver cancer — just hope they work. It’s a frenetic, crazy time between all of it. I’m tired.

Just watched “Catching Fire: The Anita Pallenberg Story” and it is excellent. It’s a must for any Rolling Stones fan — as well as for anyone curious to know the real story of an “it” girl and fashion icon with brass ba ... well, you know whats.

There were several shootings during Fiesta San Antonio, followed by questions about what happened & how to prevent future tragedies. Bottom line: We have open-carry & few gun laws in Texas. This will happen more often & nothing can be done to guarantee safety at an event. #fiesta
