Just for the record, the vast majority of bank tellers and customer service employees are taught what an annual percentage rate (or APR) is to be prepared for an audit. They are paid far less than Director Kathy Kraninger, however.

Thankfully, for most Americans, underpaid, retail bank employees learn to do this early in their careers. Give them a hug today.

Hint: One is to ask about APR...
