Even Stevens at Ewood Park so far. Lots of possession for #ncfc but Blackburn dangerous on the break, particularly with Kargbo on the left wing who has the measure of Fisher. #ncfc #otbc

Norwich much the better side but undone by a sucker punch in the final few seconds when they should have been managing out the game. Looked offside to me but I would need to take another look. Ref poor throughout. #ncfc

Patched up #ncfc not doing too badly but it’s all a bit slow, making it reasonably comfortable for a well organised Oxford defence. All those people criticising Sainz are bonkers. He remains a fantastic asset for us. Have confidence. The goals will come. #ncfc

Dominating possession but failing to make it count - it’s becoming a frustrating habit for #ncfc. Just need to be a little less passive. Credit to Oxford for some resolute defending and some annoyingly heroic goalkeeping. Any hope of reaching the play offs now slipping away.

How many games have we thrown away from winning positions? Norwich so dominant in the first half but asleep in the second. Complete shambles. #ncfc

You know when you dip a ginger nut biscuit into a mug of steaming coffee and leave it in just a fraction too long? That’s how Norwich City defend. To be fair there have been chances at both ends tonight but we’re just so crumbly at the back. #ncfc

On another day we might have got something from that. Decent chances for Sainz particularly and plenty of shots. It’s all over for us but congrats to Bristol City and good luck in the final promotion push. #ncfc

West Brom looking the stronger team at Carrow Road so far. I’d bring on Marcondes for Crnac early in second half. And Nunez for Sorensen. #ncfc

Until additional time that was a drab snooze fest. But Sarge saves the day. Angus Gunn my MOTM - kept us in it several times including in the final onslaught - hope he gets a new contract. #ncfc #otbc

Classic ā€˜Along Come Norwich’ against the championship’s bottom club. Our defence is like a wobbly Jenga tower. And we’re so slow coming forward. Time for the Hoff to get in a halftime huff I would say. #ncfc #otbc

Well that was very disappointing - the season well and truly over now for mid-table, mediocre Norwich. Sainz and Sarge will surely be on their way over the summer. Congrats to Plymouth for their determined and resolute defending. #ncfc

The embarrassing truth is that this could have been far worse than 1-3. A disappointing season summed up in one half of football… #ncfc dominate possession The opposition struggling near the bottom of the table take advantage of our leaky defence. Sarge gets a consolation.

Roger Farrant (@roger_farrant) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Portsmouth completely deserved that. Norwich were just terrible - so fragile at the back, completely lacking in creativity in midfield and mostly firing blanks up top. Not good enough. #ncfc

More positive performance for Jack Wilshere’s #ncfc at Boro. My MOTM Jack Stacey tearing down the right wing. And great to have Gunn back in goal for the clean sheet.

Would leave to see Sainz capture the golden boot in the second half. Also hope we get to see Hernandez and Sorensen one last time before their departures. #ncfc #otbc

Feel for the #Cyprus #Eurovision team tonight - deserved to be in the final even if the song was never likely to win. The longest winless streak in Eurovision history continues. 😢 šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¾

This year’s #Eurovision feels wide open to me. I know #Sweden are the favourites but my instinct tells me it could be someone else. From the first semi final I liked classy #Switzerland, retro Bowie-esque #Italy and the powerful stage show of #Poland.

What the hell just happened with the #Eurovision2025 semi final voting? No #Australia, no #Ireland, no #Czechia. Can we bring back a wildcard or two like on X Factor?

Really difficult to call #Eurovision2025 - could be a big surprise this year I think but for what it’s worth, here’s my top 12… 1. #Austria 2. #Finland 3. #Sweden 4. #Switzerland 5. #Armenia 6. #Italy 7. #Estonia 8. #Malta 9. #Netherlands 10. #France 11. #Germany 12. #Albania
