Specialists have started to restore the stunning ceiling lights in Rochdale Town Hall. The newly restored lights, which have changed position over the yrs, will in future hang from the hands of the ceiling angels once again, as they were originally designed to The National Lottery Heritage Fund

Beautiful minton floor tiles have been discovered in the basement of Rochdale Town Hall. The tiles depict Rochdale’s former industries, including the wool & cotton trade. They're now being cleaned & are likely to be re-used within the building, so they can be enjoyed once again.
