On Prostate Cancer and Prostatic Diseases our SR on HR-QoL in patients with mHSPC receiving androgen receptor signaling inhibitors (ARSIs). We analyzed only published RCTs. We found that the addition of ARSIs to ADT tends to increase overall QoL and prolongs time to first deterioration of pain/fatigue.
