In this episode of Connor Echols' new show NonZero World, we cover the waterfront--AI & bioweapons, Trump's star wars plan, JD Vance's insidiousness, link between foreign wars & domestic terrorism, the pernicious 'Putin talking points' meme, etc. Plus check out the cool visuals.

I had a great conversation with Robert Wright about all of the biggest foreign policy news of the week, including Trump’s plan to put weapons in space for the first time:

Incidentally, it's a pretty minimalist cover for a U.S. foreign policy/grand strategy book, but given that I told the graphic designers they weren't allowed to use chess boards, eagles, flags, or other strained metaphors, they didn't have much left to work with. 😆 I love it.

I had a great time talking with Max @Tegmark about various factors (political, economic, etc.) that are keeping Earthlings from taking the AI challenge as seriously as it needs to be taken. You can watch here or listen on the Nonzero podcast.

The times we live in. How will Beijing react? Publicly, my wager is they'll object and condemn this move. Privately, I think there will be some corks popped.
