Had a good therapy session again today. Talked about difficult stuff. Then bumped into my mother-in-law and then a friend who is six months pregnant. Restarted my Pret subscription to try and motivate me to get back out more again. And this track hit my headphones. #mentalhealth

Anyone else who suffers from #NEAD #FND get seizures that are like your body becoming a taught distressed jack hammer? The pain today is some of the worst I think I’ve ever experienced. Like having been hit with a thousand hammers. #fndawareness #Disability

Having #NEAD made it easy to assume the severe full body shakes I was having 2 nights ago was just another attack. Felt like I had a fever too, but again my neurological issues can do that. After two days of feeling utterly rubbish though, I took a test. Damn! Covid time.
