I’ve made some onion bhajis to go with the keema..

I’ve also made some mint sauce to go with the onions bhajis that will go with the Keema..

Beef and Pork Keema curry, homemade onion bhajis and garlic & coriander nan, with mint sauce.. Smashing!

Later, we’re having creamy chicken thigh casserole, made with butter beans, bacon, leek, tarragon and lemon. To give the plate some crunch, it will be joined by some roasties..
