has anyone else had trouble getting a replacement debit card from Starling or is it just me? can anyone recommend similar banks (apart from monzo)

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order Nando's delivery, sent someone else’s order, wouldn’t send my order, aggressive branch manager pushed me onto deliveroo who also wouldn’t send my order & just refunded me and said I’d have to start the whole order process again.. not great
