If the UK adopted organic-style nature-friendly farming, phased out industrial livestock and made space for wildlife to thrive (yes please) then ruminant animals would play STARRING roles but meat/dairy consumption would need to drop 50-70%. Big challenge! theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
