S/o to Arlington Admirals for not only the scoreboard shoutout but also the announcer intro for both team ATCs & site ATC at yesterday’s Regional FH game. We like to fly under the radar but it feels so nice to be appreciated! ⭐️👏🥹

🤔While temps are cooler in the fall & winter months & you may not feel thirsty, hydration is just as important! ❗️Athletes should be hydrating before, during & after exercise to optimize performance & improve recovery! #ATTIP

A rather common injury at the HS level, Osgood Schlatter is seen in boys > girls; sports that require jumping & squatting. Can be treated conservatively with restriction, exercises & bracing. Always contact your ATC if you’re hurting, sore or have an injury! #AT4ALL

It’s the last day of February. If I squint, I can see warm weather in the distance! More importantly, tomorrow begins National Athletic Training Month! #natm So feel free to shower me with praise and luxuries. Or really, just tell a friend something good an AT has done for you!
