The first Fellowship is being awarded to Clare Cable, former QNIS Chief Executive and Nurse Director, who reintroduced the Queen’s Nurse title in Scotland. In October, Clare left QNIS to take up the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Burdett Trust for Nursing. #QNISawards

Public Health Minister Jenni Minto MSP visited the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh thrombectomy service in Edinburgh to meet staff and said it was good to see innovations and hear how more progress can be made. @Scotgov has invested over £38 million in thrombectomy to improve severe stroke treatment.
