Ngl what’s weird to me is how some of y’all mistreat people first, then run around telling everybody that you were the one who was done dirty or betrayed.

Your trauma is not an excuse to be manipulative, nonchalant, mean, or narcissistic towards good people who are trying to love you.

A big lesson I learned about love later in life is that we just can’t make a relationship work with someone who doesn’t have the capacity to self-reflect and understand what patterns they need to work on in order to make their relationship loving and peaceful.

sometimes even an apology can’t fix what happened because the real issue is not the mistake, it’s the part of your character that allowed you to do it in the first place. and you can’t apologize for character.

Imagine hating me because the weapon you formed against me backfired on you.

I love the idea of ppl who no longer have access to me only being familiar w/ the version of me they left off at. there’s been so many software updates since then. I love the joy of knowing they’ll never be up to speed on me in such a personal way ever again. improve; live on.
