Dear people: I left T-Mobile bc they charged my account 29 MONTHS for a line I asked to be removed. When I brought it to their attn then offered me $30 as compensation for charging me over $500 in unwanted fees.

Make sure you always check ur bill when it comes to T-Mobile bc if u don’t notice or say anything about a wrong charge they won’t make it right!!! “It’s company policy”

Forgot to give yall an update… I left T-Mobile bc they were so unwilling to correct their mistakes. I am now a happy Patriot Mobile 🇺🇸 customer. Thanks Jason Whitlock for introducing other options with more aligning values.
