An Early Christmas Present Maybe?

The Sunday Telegraph has reported that the government will change the law to allow recover operators to use red lights on smart motorways. This would be a massive win for CSRRR after more than two years of campaigning in parliament and the media. 1/ telegraph.co.uk/politics/2020/…

This is a landmark achievement for the campaign and for the industry, but the law has not been changed yet. We will now keep up the pressure to ensure the change is implemented, and continue to push for the use of red lights across the strategic road network. Ends/

Slowly we move forward, although why we need a trail with some more testing to prove what is so bloody obvious to the rest of us I cannot imagine!
