After failing to predict the 7.8 and 7.4M quakes off Russia Ken decided to lie about predicting a 6.3 in Venezuela on 23/9 despite not actually saying Venezuela. Ken guessed 7000 Cat Paws on 23/9. But there was a 6.4M in Vanuatu on 9 Sept, a day Ken had no cat paws on his graph.
