Ridgetown weather station hasn't had more than three consecutive days without precipitation since September 20. About 15 inches of precip. in that time.

Quick check on CHUs at The Environment Canada weather station at ridgetown. From May 1-2828, May 15-2710, June 1-2440 and June 10-2263. Normal from May 1- Oct 15 is about 3450.

Looks ominous

Had the first killing frost of the fall at the Ridgetown weather station. Last spring frost was April 1. That's 217 days. It was a long growing season for the perennials. 3537 CHU's from May 1. 3149 from June 1. 2877 from June 15. A challenging year all round.
