Survival rates from blood cancer is falling behind compared with similar countries. But at Blood Cancer UK we have an ambitious plan to improve outcomes with key recommendations outlined in our report launched today 👇🏻

It's important that people from all communities are involved in shaping and deciding what research is funded. At Blood Cancer UK we worked with Egality Health and several AMRC to develop this film exploring why hearing from diverse voices important.


To improve the lives of those with a type of blood cancer called follicular lymphoma, we’ve teamed up with the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation Follicular Lymphoma Foundation to support a world-class trial taking place at The Christie in Manchester. Full project details here: bit.ly/40oV5yC

Fascinating work from Lynn Quek’s team supported by Blood Cancer UK Research. Cells from clonal haematopoiesis with p53 mutations show abnormal regulation of oxidative stress. This may be a mechanism for selection of these clones and explain metabolic disorders in patients. #ASH24
