Four months and counting - still no refund from virginatlantic and still no correspondence or update. Impossible to contact them - only text service that doesn’t work #Disgraceful time to switch to British Airways

Have now spent a total of 6 hours, and counting, on hold (get cut off after 40mins) to Virgin Flying Club just to do an upgrade - still on hold! They direct you to the chat function but it doesn't work! virginatlantic #shambles
After a total of 9 hours on hold over 2 days, finally get through to virginatlantic with their new dynamic pricing to upgrade ONE WAY from Premium to Upper would cost 327,500 points plus taxes per person! It was only 57,500 points for a new ticket in Upper earlier this year
Open a business account with NatWest Business ? Forget it. Despite being customer for 47 yrs with many business accounts (+ Black account) tried opening another account for new business - told will take 5 weeks! Meanwhile have customers waiting to give me business #shambles
