Today is the day - international FASDAY. The rffada asks us to Tell as many people as you can: ‘stop drinking before you start trying’

REACH For It! is a recreation based program where children, youth and families experience success and recognized their strengths. This program has been replicated all across Ontario! #FASD

Keep trying. Don’t give up. It took me more times than I care to admit to get some real sobriety.
