As a pastor, one of the worst things is when someone who has been at your church and participated in Bible studies, fellowships, etc… proves they still don’t get the gospel. Ugh.😩

Seems to me that if Trump is immune from legal prosecution for illegal acts as President that all the evidence should be presented to the American people. Probably a day or two before Election Day.

I am so tired of having to teach basic life skills to people who can’t even show up on time. How you gonna lead if you’re late to your own event? And why do I have to babysit your people who show up early?

How often do you meet that newcomer at church. Have a delightful conversation. And then find their social media posts and from that you know it’s only a matter of time before they leave? It’s so frustrating.

Small scale financial support is substantially down recently in my church. Like the last 3-4 months. It’s probably down 20-30%. Anyone else seeing this. Big givers are same or increasing. Is this people getting squeezed by inflation?

I have a friend who anytime he travels for work posts pic after pic of all the bars and alcohol. He just found out his teenage daughter has a drinking problem. And he can’t figure out what happened. I have an idea….

It’s 1:40 on Sunday afternoon. I’ve led a Bible study, preached a worship service, counseled during a fellowship time (maybe 10 people with needs), prayed over and with 10 people during the fellowship time, and scheduled my social media for the week including sermon clips.
