Had a blast in Yosemite this week (highlights to follow). Just arrived at Herman Story in Paso Robles. Staying here a week for the Firestone Invitational and maybe a little brewing afterward. 😏

Had an epic week in Yosemite followed by relaxing but no-less-awesome week in Paso Robles attending FWIBF, executing a collab brew with the best brewers in North America, and having a birthday while living at Herman Story Wines. Back to my favorite city tomorrow. I ❤️ Chicago.

Had a challenging day in Barrel Land today. Had it not been for Victor we’d have been up Poop Creek. Honored to share a production floor with him every day. ✊🙏💀

Got our first taste of the blended Dread & Breakfast barrels today. I’m buying whatever you don’t. Revolution Brewing #barrelaged

This blend absolutely rips. Easily the best Cuvée to-date. But don’t take my word for it.

Tasting the entire menu (okay, drinking the entire menu) at Goldfinger Brewery yesterday whilst the formidable Helles known as Original Lager was brewed [by a sober person] was a real pleasure. Being trusted to hit it with some oak for an upcoming collaboration was an honor. 🙏👉✊
