Show Me The Championship Ring!💍 Very proud of how my 14U players competed to win all six games at this weekend's 16-team Sun Prairie Classic.🥎 These players scored 16 straight runs to erase a late 4-1 deficit and defeat Glenview (Ill.) Titans Gold, 17-4, in the title game.👏

Another strong performance by my DGSA 14U players as they won four of five games (three shutout victories) to finish second at the Pulaski Tournament.👏 This team has worked very hard and is proud of the 24-2-1 record that it will take into this week's State Class C Tournament.

Very proud to have worked with 35 NCAA Division III national championship teams - 32 as the Sports Information Director at UW-Oshkosh Athletics (1986-2022) and 3 as the Sports Information Director at UWL Athletics (1983-85).

What a summer for these 14U West De Pere players! They compiled a 31-4-1 record and finished third (7-2 record) at this past weekend's USA Softball Class C State Tournament. The team also won three of six tournaments while counting 16 shutouts and scoring 10-plus runs 18 times.

Very proud to have been the head coach of the DGSA 14U West De Pere softball team the past three years (76-20-2 record). DGSA is the only program in Wisconsin with a top-three finish at each of the past three USA Softball 14U Class C State Tournaments. Well Done Ladies!👏

Saddened to learn the passing of Leon Thompson, the best teacher I had during my years as a student at Oshkosh West High School. "Mr. T" cared about his students and loved to talk sports with a group of us each day. His passion to serve others was enormous. He will be missed!🙏
